For Employers
Ohio FFA members are in-demand employees, and several members are looking for jobs in agriculture. As an Ohio FFA Works employer, you’ll be directly connected to interested individuals.
Support Workforce Development
The Ohio FFA Foundation is partnering with various employers who are interested in hiring current, dues-paying FFA members while supporting the statewide programs and events that make FFA members in-demand employees.
Employer Enrollment
Ohio FFA members are developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education – and many of these students are looking to get to work!
Through Ohio FFA Works, FFA members can express interest in multiple agricultural employers. Employers can connect with students throughout the year. From there, employers have the freedom to interview and hire as they see fit while following their own timelines and processes.
