For Teachers
Do you have students who are ready to get to work? Ohio FFA Works is a great way to connect your FFA members with employment opportunities in agriculture.
Changes for the 2026-2027 School Year
No more Ohio FFA Works application.
The Student Application has become the Student Interest Form.
To better meet the needs of employers and students, after completing the Ohio FFA Works student interest form, FFA members and employers will be directly connected to proceed with the next steps of each individual employer’s application, interview, and hiring processes. This will allow employers to act faster and students get hired sooner.
More types of positions offered.
Whether it’s an internship or part-time, seasonal, or full-time employment, Ohio FFA Works can now offer more types of employment opportunities in agriculture for our members to get to work and gain experience—no matter their age.
More members can benefit.
Ohio FFA Works is no longer just for graduating and recently graduated FFA members. Starting during the 2026-2027 school year, any Ohio FFA member is eligible to complete the Ohio FFA Works student interest form or reach out to an employer listed on the website. Please keep in mind that each employer may have different age requirements.
A new, more flexible program timeline.
Are your students looking for a job in the winter? Need a temporary job after school’s out for the summer? Want to kick start their career immediately after graduation? Ohio FFA Works can now offer more opportunities throughout the year. Although, please be aware that some employers’ hiring timelines will be more flexible than others.
