Luckey Farmers was established in 1919 and is a grain marketing and farm supply cooperative located in Northwest Ohio, and Southeast Michigan, with facilities in Lucas, Monroe, Ottawa, Sandusky, and Wood counties.
Custom Applicator
Custom applicators are responsible for the operation of spray equipment and the effective application of pesticides or fertilizer.

Operate high clearance sprayer and machinery with precision
Apply fertilizer and crop protection products
Calibrate spray equipment
Clean and maintain equipment
Utilize agronomy software to ensure 4R nutrient stewardship goals are met (right rate, right source, right time and right place)

Strong personal motivation along with strong moral values and a commitment to the betterment of the operation
Ability to pay attention to the details
Ability to work longer hours involved in farming, especially during peak seasons
Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Valid Driver’s License - with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and/or background check
